Returns and Exchanges
|We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date based on your order’s tracking number.|
|Once we receive your return we will refund you for the price of the jewelry. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless there was a defect.|
|Once we receive your repair or exchange request we should have the new piece shipped within 1-3 business days.|

We want you to feel confident with your purchase so we will gladly repair your jewelry within 24-month of your delivery date. This includes a broken clasp, broken chain, earring post and anything else that makes your piece of jewelry non-functioning. This warranty does not cover lost pieces of jewelry.
